Job Description

A reputable manufacturer in Greenfield is seeking dedicated Production Assemblers to join their team in a cleanroom setting on the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts in-process.
• Stand for the entirety of the shift.
• Load and unload automated assembly machinery.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
• Use hand tools to assemble basic mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform job duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Apply basic computer knowledge for operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work station.

Essential Skills

• General production experience.
• Proficiency in assembly processes.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Experience with machine operation and inspection.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in packaging and inspection.
• Familiarity with cleanroom assembly processes.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Work Environment

This role is set within a climate-controlled, well-lit cleanroom environment ideal for manufacturing automotive parts. The facility offers a structured third shift from 10:00PM to 6:00AM, with the expectation to work straight-8 hours plus one weekend day, either Friday or Saturday, depending on the department.P

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44616.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
