Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

The Warehouse Worker will operate a sit-down forklift to receive goods and process receipts in M2M. You will be responsible for labeling products and putting them away into the warehouse, as well as picking and processing daily shipments using the UPS/FedEx system. Additionally, you will package and label products for shipment and must have experience with cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Package and label products for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counting.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packaging, and material handling.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.
• Experience in order picking, shipping, and receiving.
• Knowledge of international shipping processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to follow work assignments, directions, and instructions from Production Lead.
• Familiarity with wire gauges (AWG), terminals, pins, lugs, and connectors for wire harness fabrication.
• Ability to review assembly instructions, engineering drawings, or notes on the BOM.
• Skill in using hand crimpers to create discrete wires and harnesses.
• Experience in assembling electronics subassemblies for harness installation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area and ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Adherence to safety requirements and policies.

Work Environment

The work environment involves using various technologies and equipment such as sit-down forklifts and RF scanners. The role requires adherence to safety policies and maintaining an organized workspace. Flexibility in hours and shifts may be needed, and the dress code is casual but safety-compliant.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
