Forklift Operator
Job Description
We're looking for a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll safely move lumber products throughout the facility, pull and prepare customer orders, and help keep operations running efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage lumber products
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Band, wrap, label, and tape materials to company standards
- Use pallet jacks and measuring systems to accurately process products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or lumber environment
- Experience with loading, unloading, order picking, and material handling
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification is preferred but training may be available for the right candidate.

- 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
- Winter Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Spring/Summer Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor loading/unloading duties
- Active role involving forklift operation, material handling, and lifting up to 75 lbs

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
