Senior Manager FPA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join a growing organization in the Greater Cleveland area. This strategic finance leader will partner with executive management to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and management reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, HR, and Sales.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support business growth.
• Mentor and develop finance team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience.
• Leadership experience managing teams or key financial initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.
• CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred.

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
