Assembler (1st Shift)

• Assemble electronic components and precision sensor parts used in medical, aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial products.
• Work with flexible circuits, heaters, and other small, delicate components.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and product quality.
• Use small hand tools while performing steady, repetitive tasks.
• Maintain strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail throughout each build.

• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and focused.
• Comfortable working with small tools and tiny parts.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Soldering experience is a plus — but not required.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
• Clean, fast‑paced production floor.
• Daily use of small hand tools and delicate electronic components.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
