💲 Pay: $24.00 - $32.00/hour + $3.00 Shift Differential

🕒 Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

We are currently seeking experienced Structural Welders to join our expanding fabrication shop in Cocoa, FL. Due to continued growth, our facility has recently doubled in size, adding new welding machines, upgraded metal fabrication equipment, and creating significant opportunities for internal advancement.

• Perform Flux-Core welding using 1/16" wire on carbon steel
• Weld large structural components according to specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret basic welding prints and drawings
• Perform basic fit-up and material preparation when required
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Our team fabricates large structural steel components used in:

• High-rise building construction
• Aerospace and launch pad infrastructure
• Heavy support structures
• Large-scale commercial and industrial projects

• Previous Flux-Core welding experience required
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Ability to read basic weld prints and blueprints
• Basic fit-up experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment
• Strong attention to quality and safety

'05; Competitive pay: $24-$32/hr based on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
