Work Type: Full Time, Onsite, Direct Hire Compensation: $55-60k/year Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO/Sick time, 401k Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty and repair requests.
  • Receive, review, and coordinate homeowner warranty claims.
  • Schedule inspections and repair appointments with homeowners, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate repair requests to determine warranty eligibility and communicate outcomes to homeowners.
  • Process work orders and coordinate warranty repair activities.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and ensure repairs are completed according to warranty obligations.
  • Follow up with homeowners to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Support compliance with company quality standards and customer service expectations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months to 1 year of related customer service, administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
  • Ability to learn and utilize warranty applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing service requests, or working with contractors is a plus.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
