Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join the team. Handle plaintiff personal injury litigation, negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and trial work in a collaborative, client focused environment with strong professional development support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis for personal injury matters.

• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, hearings, and court proceedings.

• Manage a high volume caseload while collaborating with the legal team and providing ongoing client support.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Active admission to the California State Bar.

• Minimum 2 years of plaintiff side personal injury experience.

• Strong litigation experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and case management skills.
