The Senior Talent Acquisition will lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions, from high-volume production roles to technical, professional, and engineering talent. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, driving sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and hiring initiatives across the organization. In addition to talent acquisition, you will manage external recruiting partnerships, oversee the onboarding experience through employees' first 90 days, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiting professional who excels at building relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and market outreach to meet staffing demand efficiently.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on selection criteria, and improve hiring decisions across departments.

• Oversee onboarding activities that help new employees transition successfully and support strong engagement during the first 90 days.

• Maintain compliance throughout the employee lifecycle by applying federal, state, and multi-state employment requirements accurately.

• Track recruiting performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality of placement, retention, and workflow effectiveness to drive better outcomes.

• Manage relationships with external staffing partners and search firms, including performance monitoring and service quality expectations.

• Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes, including optimization of applicant tracking and HR systems.

• Support recruitment across multiple sites and adapt recruiting strategies to meet changing business needs and workforce volumes

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting for both high-volume hiring and salaried or specialized roles.
• Proven ability to administer onboarding programs with measurable impact on employee success and retention.
• Demonstrated experience handling HR compliance requirements across hiring, onboarding, and broader employment processes.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and multi-state employment laws and related regulations.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Paycom recruiting, onboarding, and compliance tools is highly valued.
• Background working with agency partners, multi-site organizations, or environments such as manufacturing, distribution, or operations-focused businesses is preferred.
• Relevant recruiting or HR certifications are a plus.
