Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the installation of new equipment and perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs. You will work with electrical systems ranging from 110 volt to 480 volt, including pumps, motors, panel boxes, and PLCs. Additionally, welding and fabrication using Arc, MIG, TIG, and Stick methods will be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of new equipment.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Handle electrical systems including 110 volt, 220 volt, and 480 volt.
• Conduct welding and fabrication using various techniques.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as furnaces, parts washers, hoists, forklifts, and lift tables.
• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and plumbing tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Essential Skills

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably 10+ years.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools and industrial tools.
• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Capability to troubleshoot PLCs.
• Familiarity with various welding techniques.

This is a Permanent position based out of Jackson, MI.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $56160.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
