Registered Nurse - Medical Unit | High Pay + $10K Relocation

The Registered Nurse I at Saint Francis Health System’s Vinita Campus Hospital provides patient-centered nursing care within the Medical Unit. This role involves assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Nurses in this position play a vital role in ensuring quality care in a rural hospital setting, working primarily night shifts with a schedule of two 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient condition.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Deliver care tailored to patient age, cultural, psychosocial, and clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Facilitate patient discharge and provide education to patients and families.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing educational activities.
• Work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Active Oklahoma RN license or valid multistate/compact RN license.
• Up to 6 months of related nursing experience.
• Knowledge of disease-state management, biopsychosocial care, and clinical pathways.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Detail-oriented with clinical and numerical data.
• Flexibility in scheduling due to rural hospital requirements.

Pay

• Salary: $33.15/hour minimum (Based on Experience)
• Relocation: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates relocating from 71+ miles
