Front Desk Sales Closer

Duties

• Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing strong sales presentation and tours.
• Assist customers with information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
• Maintain knowledge of our services to answer customer questions confidently and conduct engaging product demos when needed.
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, and ensuring the front area is tidy and inviting.
• Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, or direct calls appropriately.
• Supervise or assist with operations such asensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and conduct product demos confidently.
