Experienced Remote Family Law Paralegal

This is a full-time position for an experienced paralegal in a family law. We are a boutique family law firm with offices in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and Pasadena, specializing in complex, high net worth family law litigation. The position can be fully remote, but ideally would involve several days each month in-person. We are looking for someone who wants to continue growing with our firm.

Qualifications

Have the ability to interact with others in a mutually courteous and professional manner.

Exceptional writing or oral skills.

Superior communication, problem solving and legal research skills.

Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and timelines.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word and excel)

Job duties to include:

Drafting motions, including discovery motions.

Preparing financial disclosures.

Drafting and editing correspondence.

Performing legal research and drafting research memorandums.

Assisting with trial preparation.

Draft and respond to discovery demands.

Conducting document review and creating details summaries.
