Full-Time Position (Part-time considered)

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer orders end-to-end: from purchase order receipt through supplier coordination, production tracking, delivery, and final invoicing
• Act as project manager for every order—ensuring timelines are met, issues are resolved quickly, and customers receive exceptional service
• Partner closely with the sales team to support quotes, order entry, status updates, and follow-up
• Communicate with vendors, track shipments, and handle any discrepancies or changes
• Maintain accurate records and keep projects moving in a fast-paced setting

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the Advertising Specialty Industry (ASI/promotional products), order management, purchasing, or project coordination is preferred
• Similar experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, or administrative project roles will be strongly considered
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative team that moves quickly
• Degree preferred but not required if industry experienced
• Quickbooks Online experience a plus
• Part-time to full-time
