Family Enrollment & Community Outreach Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruit and help enroll new families into our child care program.
• Visit assigned neighborhoods, apartment communities, schools, churches, community centers, and local businesses to promote our services.
• Distribute marketing materials and speak with parents about our program.
• Attend community events when appropriate to increase awareness of our child care services.
• Keep records of outreach activities and follow up with interested families.
• As needed, assist with classroom activities and support the daily operation of the child care program.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable speaking with families and building relationships in the community.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.
• Experience in child care, sales, marketing, or community outreach is a plus.
• Must meet all state requirements for employment in a licensed child care program, including any required background checks.
