Concrete/Construction Laborer

A.G. Duke LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated Concrete & Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a small crew, and wants the opportunity to build their skills and advance within the company.

You’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including concrete, hardscaping, landscaping, and general construction. The ideal candidate has concrete experience, understands how to safely use hand and power tools, and is willing to take on new responsibilities as they develop their skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist with concrete installation, including forming, pouring, grading, finishing, and cleanup
• Perform general construction tasks such as light framing, demolition, excavation, and material installation
• Assist with landscaping and hardscape projects as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a small, close-knit crew
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, customers, and other contractors
• Take direction from crew leaders and contribute to completing projects on schedule
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of concrete/construction experience
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to the shop/job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift materials and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team
