Window Cleaning Technician

Are you hard working, friendly and enjoy serving others? We are looking to add 1-2 technicians,

effective immediately- no experience required. Here are a few things you can expect in this

position:

Role Overview:

%CF; Clean interior and exterior residential and commercial windows, window sills and

tracks

%CF; Clean window screens, gutters and pergolas

%CF; Clean light fixtures, complete high dusting and vents/ ducts as needed

%CF; Power wash brick, siding and concrete

%CF; Soft wash siding, decks, awnings and balconies

%CF; Share in team tasks such as cleaning rags, the van, preparing for daily jobs and

communicating with customers

%CF; Drive the Company van (Background checks and clean Driver’s records will be

required)

Additional Responsibilities:

%CF; Act as a primary driver of Company vehicles- including low profile van or mid-size

truck; must drive safely and courteously

%CF; Monitor inventory levels and communicate when items are running low

%CF; Maintain equipment to ensure everything is accounted for and in good working

condition

%CF; Provide great service and treat homes and business with respect

%CF; Follow all safety guidelines

%CF; Be a team player, maintain a positive attitude and work toward the Company's goals

Other Requirements:

%CF; Must be 25 years old or older, and willing to drive Company vehicles to and from job

sites (due to insurance requirements for our commercial fleet)

%CF; Must have a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record during

employment

%CF; Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day (includes raising ladders, moving cleaning

equipment/ pressure washer)

%CF; Climb ladders and work up to 40 feet above the ground, using 3 points of contact and

safety guidelines

%CF; Lift arms above head, squat, bend and walk for extended periods of time; Sit for up to

45 minutes at a time

Commitment to Growth:

We are looking for Technicians who can commit to at least 30 hours/week. If you are interested
