Experiential Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Experiential Designer to join our innovative design and technology team. In this role, you will craft compelling physical environments, interactive installations, and lab prototypes that engage our audience, bring cutting-edge AI concepts to life, and support our overall spatial and experiential strategy.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio of built experiential lab prototypes, environments, exhibits, installations, or brand spaces, showcasing the journey from sketch to fabrication.
• Production Craft: Expert hands-on skills in 3D modeling, spatial visualization, prototyping, and material selection.
• Software Tooling: Proficiency using tools like Rhino, Blender, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Figma, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Execution Autonomy: Proven ability to execute complex projects independently without needing a producer or creative director to unblock you.
• Mission Alignment: Deep care for tech ethics and a commitment to representing technical capabilities honestly through design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech Prototyping: Fluency prototyping in code or with AI tools, with experience in projection-based, sensor-driven, or interactive media.
• Scientific Grounding: Background in cognitive science, behavioral science, or environmental psychology.
• Event Scoping: Experience designing high-profile technology conferences, keynotes, developer events, or immersive theatre.
• Niche Environments: Background working within innovation labs, museums, retail, hospitality, or repeat-visitor workplaces.
• Adjacent Craft Depth: Experience in sound, motion, lighting, industrial design, or complex graphic systems.
