OVERVIEW

In this position you will help to ensure that the final product meets both the company’s and the customers’ expectations. You will support the customers software remotely from our Glendale office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Duties:

Diagnose issues – identify, isolate, and track software issues throughout testing

  • Create quality measurements to track improvement in products
  • Execute quality improvement testing and activities
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations
  • Guide customers to solutions to optimize the customer experience
  • Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
  • Create and maintain written instruction reference manuals for to support customer software
  • Work closely with the development team to improve new and existing features
  • Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production software
  • Support customer product remotely – new installations and diagnosing/fixing issues

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and intuitive problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and diligent attributes
  • Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to articulate detailed technical concepts
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Windows OS and applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule on call M-F 8AM to 8PM (PST)
  • College degree preferred but not required.
  • 2 years of work experience as part of a team

  • No specific certificates or licenses are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role is primarily office-based and involves regular interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend industry conferences, meet with clients, or visit company locations.
