Air Capitol Construction is seeking an experienced Estimating Engineer for commercial and industrial Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects in Wichita and the surrounding area.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or Construction Management
• 3–7 years of commercial construction estimating or preconstruction experience
• Experience preparing quality takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience estimating Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
• Design-Build project experience
• Knowledge of conceptual estimating and value engineering
• Experience with Sage

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience
