The Role
We are seeking a Bathroom and Remodeling Tech who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that a detail-oriented mindset is what sets a project apart.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute full and partial bathroom remodels from demolition to final walk-through across local job sites.
- Perform skilled labor across multiple trades, including:
- Tile setting (floors, backsplashes, custom shower pans, and surrounds)
- Basic plumbing hookups (vanities, toilets, trim sets)
- Drywall patching, mudding, and finishing
- Cabinet, vanity, trim, and hardware installation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site out of respect for our clients' homes.
- Keep projects running on schedule without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: High standards for your own work—you take pride in clean grout lines, level fixtures, flush joints, and top-tier finish work.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to job sites in and around the Ladson area.
- Tools & Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and equipped with your personal hand tools / all larger equipment will be provided by company
- Communication: Professional and courteous when interacting with homeowners and team members.
