Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support existing accounts, generate new business opportunities, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and coordinating orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Process orders, provide pricing, lead times, and order updates.
• Prepare quotes and follow up on open opportunities.
• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Support outside sales by providing product information and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
