Roofing Sales Representative

The Roofing Sales Representative is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships across residential and commercial roofing projects. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves frequent travel within the sales territory and offers significant opportunities for growth through training and mentoring. Looks like hail season is off to a running start for the year with thousands of roofs already damaged!

We are a rapidly growing company that is currently looking to add 3-5 driven, energetic individuals to our team of storm restoration representatives to assist homeowners with storm damage inspections, insurance claims and estimates. No experience? No problem. We have the best training program in the business and can have you making money within the week. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners with their restoration process, so prior experience is not necessary, but we welcome seasoned veterans with experience as well.

Compensation

• Pay is commensurate with your efforts, but successful sales representatives can make well over 100K per year - no limit on pay
• Guaranteed inspection pay plus commission structure
• $50 per qualified inspection (average inspection takes 45-60 minutes)
• Commissions paid on all completed claims (average commission $1,500-3,500 per job
• Monthly and annual bonuses for performance
• Annual company events

Responsibilities

• Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
• Prospect and generate leads to expand customer base
• Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
• Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
• Manage and track sales activities and pipeline through reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
• Must be physically able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
• Must have reliable transportation (your own vehicle)
• Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management (representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
• Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-provided leads
• Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspections and use company apps for job files
