Repair Technician (Auto Tech)

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):
%CF; AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
Experience (type and amount of experience required):
%CF; Meeting the below KSAVs and
%CF; Minimum 1 year working as a WA for the Company, or
%CF; Minimum 1 year working as an Automotive Technician or equal, elsewhere
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Values (KSAV) (type and level of job/team-related attributes minimally
required to accomplish expected results):

Knowledge:
%CF; General knowledge of courteous and safe driving procedures (including forklift), methods, and techniques
%CF; General knowledge of HAZCOMM safety procedures, methods, and techniques
%CF; General knowledge of inventory tracking, safe material handling and transport procedures
%CF; General knowledge of DOT/HOS requirements
%CF; General knowledge of battery industry and automotive field concepts, practices, and procedures (language,
technology, maintenance, etc.)
%CF; General knowledge of automotive maintenance mechanics
%CF; General knowledge of all EHS procedures, methods, and techniques associated with the job
%CF; General knowledge of sales and customer service procedures, methods, and techniques
%CF; General knowledge of material movement tracking software (domestic shipping methods, shipping and
receiving procedures)
%CF; General knowledge of business policies and practices, document flows, general office procedures, rules,
methods, and techniques
%CF; General knowledge of ERP (Enterprise resource planning) Applications (NetSuite preferred) associated with
the job
%CF; General knowledge of sales and customer service procedures, methods, and techniques
%CF; Basic knowledge of marketing procedures, methods, and techniques (advertising, market research, etc.)
%CF; Basic knowledge of MS Excel applications (tables, charts and formulas, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, pivot tables, VBA Macros, etc.)
