Foundation Repair Crew Member — Northern California , Sacramento

Foundation work doesn't slow down when the economy does. We're a licensed structural contractor repairing and replacing foundations across Northern California, and we're adding crew members who want to learn a specialty trade and build a career in it.

You don't need foundation experience. If you've worked construction, landscaping, remodeling, demo, or concrete — and you show up on time and work hard — we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll be doing

• Digging pilot holes and installing steel piles on residential and commercial jobs, using hand and powered equipment
• Under-floor and crawlspace work
• Concrete work — forming, pouring, finishing
• Demolition and site clean-up
• Loading and unloading trucks: equipment, hoses, steel piles
• Driving a company truck to and from job sites

What we need from you

• 21 or older with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to our Rio Linda shop every morning
• Able to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly and work in tight crawlspaces, heat, and dirt
• Working knowledge of basic construction and digging tools
• Prior experience in construction, landscaping, remodeling, concrete, or foundation work
• Clear communicator — you'll be on homeowners' property, talking to them directly
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Bonus points

• Foundation, pier, or helical pile experience
• Excavator or skid steer operation
• Bilingual English/Spanish
