Bursor & Fisher, P.A. is looking for a Mass Arbitration Coordinator to join our team. Mass Arbitration Coordinators are the face and voice of the mass arbitration team, responsible for maintaining relationships with claimants as their arbitrations progress to resolution. Mass Arbitration Coordinators serve an essential role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The position requires excellent phone skills, good judgment, organization, and most importantly an ability to empathize and understand clients’ needs. This is a temporary, project-based position tied to the firm’s active mass arbitration work, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Serving as a claimant's dedicated point of contact throughout their arbitration, ensuring they feel informed and supported
  • Making a high volume of outbound client calls daily to provide case updates, guidance, and next steps to claimants
  • Diligently following up by phone and email with nonresponsive claimants to keep cases progressing
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails to address client questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
  • Assisting claimants with inquiries regarding their settlement options and overseeing the execution of settlements when required
  • Helping claimants complete discovery requests, intake documents, and any additional paperwork needed throughout the case lifecycle
  • Maintaining thorough, well-organized client files with all relevant case documentation
  • Staying current on active cases in order to provide accurate, real-time updates to claimants
  • Reporting daily communication metrics to the team and contributing to daily, weekly, and monthly case reports as needed
  • Meeting regularly with the mass arbitration team to discuss case status, priorities, and workflow


Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle heavy call volume with confidence and empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior customer service, call center, or legal support experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs, software, and Excel to manage internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate’s degree a plus
  • Must be able to provide documentation of employment authorization in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA). Employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify.


Position Details:

  • Employment type: Temporary, project-based position expected to last approximately 6–12 months, with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on business needs and performance
  • Compensation: $24–$28 per hour (approximately $50,000–$60,000 per year at full-time hours). This is a non-exempt position, paid on an hourly basis in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • This position may occasionally require overtime based on business needs
