Outside Sales Representative

Tree Guardian USA, LLC is looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing tree service company!

If you’re a people person who enjoys working outdoors, building relationships, and earning based on your performance, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with residential and commercial customers
• Inspect properties and identify tree service needs
• Prepare estimates and explain services to customers
• Follow up on leads and build lasting customer relationships
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local prospecting
• Represent our company professionally in the community

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of trees/tree care is preferred, but we can train the right candidate

Compensation: Commission-based pay with strong earning potential. Commission only! Pay listing was a requirement for Zip Recruiter.
