Job Description
The General Laborer role involves performing various physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, or other project sites. This position requires a proactive attitude and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and cleaning work areas
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed to complete projects
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in general labor
- Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks
- Basic tool handling skills
- Problem-solving abilities
