Sales Associate

We’re hiring a part-time Bottle shop Assistant to help us deliver the kind of personalized, thoughtful retail experience our customers have come to expect — whether they’re picking out a gift, stocking a home bar, or just looking for something new to try.
What you’ll be doing:

• Serving customers with warmth and genuine product knowledge
• Helping people find the right bottle for any occasion
• Maintaining stock, shelving, and keeping the shop looking its best
• Processing sales and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting events and in-store tastings as needed
• What we’re looking for:
• Previous retail or hospitality experience (essential)
• Experience in the wine, beer, spirits, or broader beverage industry (a real plus)
• A friendly, approachable manner — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Curiosity about beverages and a willingness to keep learning
• Reliability and good attention to detail
• Availability across weekends and/or evenings

Experience
