About Us:
Go Trucking USA is a licensed California DMV Registration Service and approved ICP participant specializing in trucking compliance, IRP apportioned registrations, permits, and FMCSA filings for commercial motor carriers and owner-operators. We are a fast-paced, client-focused office looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our growing operation.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Answering a high volume of inbound phone calls and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Preparing and processing DMV documents including IRP registration forms and related compliance paperwork
- Drafting correspondence, emails, and other formal business documents
- Greeting and assisting walk-in clients at the front office
- Scheduling appointments and managing office calendars
- Developing and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems
- Supporting the team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of DMV, trucking, or transportation industry is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
