Inside Sales / Business Development Opportunity

Savage Search Associates is supporting a global leader in premium residential and commercial outdoor heating solutions. Their products are used in high-end hospitality, residential, and commercial spaces, with a strong focus on design, performance, and smart engineered solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of inside sales, BDR, SDR, prospecting, or outbound B2B sales experience who is energized by picking up the phone, creating conversations, and building new opportunities.

In this role, you will support the Specification team by reaching out to builders, architects, designers, and related contacts to introduce and create new sales opportunities. Our client provides leads, but you will also need to be comfortable researching contacts, identifying prospects, and staying persistent through a high-volume outbound process.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of sales, BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting experience
• Comfortable making approximately 30 outbound calls per day
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to research contacts and develop leads from public information and AI-generated sources
• Energy, persistence, coachability, and follow-through
• Interest in growing into a stronger sales role over time
• Experience in SaaS, technical products, building products, or B2B sales is helpful, but not required

Compensation: Approximately $80K-$85K base, with potential up to $90K plus bonus, depending on experience.
