Reporting to the Operations Director, this role emphasizes effective scheduling, staffing, and maintaining compliance and care quality. The supervisor ensures smooth daily operations while fostering a client-centered care environment, with local travel required to support staff and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large team of home care personnel to ensure quality service delivery
