Job Title: Warehouse General Labor / Utility Worker /
Shift: Temporary Project, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Requirements: Resume / Interview / Authorization to work in the U.S.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Utility Worker to support warehouse and production operations. This position primarily involves restacking products, relabeling materials, and assisting in various departments as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 60 pounds continuously while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Restack products and materials to maintain organized inventory and production areas.
• Remove, replace, and apply product labels accurately according to company standards.
• Verify labels for accuracy, including product information, lot numbers, and other required details.
• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining clean storage locations.
• Move materials between warehouse and production departments using proper lifting techniques.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or labeling discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and assist in different departments as business needs require.
• Perform additional warehouse and production support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 60 pounds throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling and relabeling products.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to assist in multiple departments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 60 pounds.
• Repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and restacking throughout the shift.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive relabeling and material handling tasks.
