About the Role

• BrightBase Management manages parking operations across downtown Chattanooga.
• We're looking for dependable, self-motivated people to join our Parking Enforcement team — folks who take pride in doing a thorough job outdoors and don't need someone standing over their shoulder to get it done right.

• We'd rather be upfront now than surprise you at the interview.
• This role requires:
• • Availability at least 2 out of every 3 weekends
  • Availability for both shift windows:
  • • Morning Shift: approximately 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Night Shift: approximately 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM / or 12:00 AM

A Day in the Life

• Patrol your assigned zone on foot, checking lots against posted regulations.
• Use a handheld device to verify compliance and issue citations.
• Check in with your shift lead throughout the day on zone status, gate issues, or anything unusual.
• Help customers use pay-by-phone and pay machines, and answer questions about parking rules.
• Support event-day parking operations.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine self-starter — comfortable working independently outdoors in ALL kinds of weather.
• Someone who communicates proactively, not just when asked.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable learning handheld technology.
• Strong conflict-management and customer service skills.
• Prior enforcement, security, or customer service experience is a plus.
