Hotel Housekeeping Attendant Bilingual English/spanish

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel guest areas, hallways, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests.
• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with their needs in a timely manner.
• Work closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments as part of a team.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Complete assigned cleaning and housekeeping tasks efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Safely lift, push, and pull items weighing 20 lbs. or more.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience required.
• Customer service experience required; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Must be comfortable interacting with hotel guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 20 lbs.
