Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR - Sales Focus)
Job Description
What You’ll Do
As an Insurance CSR with a sales focus, you’ll combine outstanding customer service with proactive sales efforts:
- Manage agency-provided leads from quote to policy issuance
- Review existing coverage and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Service current clients by processing policy changes and conducting annual reviews
- Guide clients through the claims process with professionalism and care
- Keep client data and coverage details updated in the agency system
What We’re Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty and Life licenses (required)
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales
- Strong customer service skills and relationship focus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- A motivated team player with a positive attitude
