Mental Health Clinician
Job Description
We are seeking a fully licensed mental health clinician to join our growing practice serving a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. This flexible position offers options for full-time or part-time work, W-2 employment or independent contractor status, and a hybrid work environment combining in-person and telehealth services. Clinicians will develop caseloads reflecting their clinical expertise and professional interests while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative team and access to clinical tools such as psychological testing and administrative support. Full caseload available now, no wait needed to be at capacity. $500 sign on bonus!
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy aligned with clinical training and expertise
- Deliver age-appropriate assessments and treatments for children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans and apply evidence-based clinical interventions
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation using designated software
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary clinical team members as needed
- Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards in all clinical work
- Coordinate care with other providers when authorized and appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or psychologist
- Ability to practice independently within scope of licensure
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Effectiveness working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with diverse age groups and clinical presentations
- Background in providing services to children, adolescents, couples, or families
- Experience delivering both in-person and telehealth clinical services
- Entry-level experience in mental health clinical practice
- Skilled in psychotherapy, clinical assessment, treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills
