Contract Robot Operator

We're looking for a Remote Robot Operator to support an active warehouse deployment on the East Coast (you'll be operating here from LA). In this role, you'll remotely operate and monitor a humanoid robot performing picking tasks helping keep operations running smoothly during live warehouse hours.

You'll be working closely with our operations team and interfacing directly with real-time robot performance in a production warehouse environment. No prior robotics experience is required, but you should be comfortable learning new software tools quickly and staying focused during a fast-paced operational shift.

What You'll Do

- Remotely operate a humanoid robot performing pick tasks in a live client warehouse

- Monitor robot performance and intervene or take manual control when needed

- Communicate proactively with the operations team about shift status, blockers, and notable events

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT schedule for the full 3-month term

- Comfortable working independently in a remote, computer-based operating environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused during repetitive but high-stakes tasks

- Comfortable learning new software/control interfaces
