Electrical Superintendent

Medium Voltage Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman with hands-on Medium Voltage (MV) experience to lead crews and support commercial and industrial electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical crews in the field
• Install and work with medium-voltage electrical systems
• Experience with MV switchgear, transformers, feeders, and distribution equipment
• Perform or oversee cable pulling, terminations, and equipment installation
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications
• Coordinate daily work, manpower, materials, and jobsite activities
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and project schedules

Preferred Experience:

• Foreman or electrical leadership experience
• Hands-on Medium Voltage experience, including 5kV, 15kV, or similar systems
• Commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center experience preferred
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred
