Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for producing highly detailed construction drawings and specifications, performing complex electrical engineering calculations, & coordinating with internal & external project team members to ensure successful project delivery. This role will be integrated into a highly technical team, demonstrate strong analytical capability, & consistently deliver high‐quality engineering solutions.

- Power distribution design including medium‐ & low‐voltage systems
- Lighting system design including photometric analysis & fixture selection
- Emergency/standby power system design including generators, UPS systems, & automatic transfer schemes
- Load calculations, panel schedules, & equipment sizing
- Code analysis including NEC, NFPA, IBC, & local amendments
- Engineering studies including but not limited to fault current analysis, selective coordination, arch flash, voltage drop calculations, and Neher-McGrath calculations.
- Coordination with mechanical, structural, architectural, & low‐voltage disciplines
- Review of submittals, RFIs, & construction‐phase documentation
- Participation in internal QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy & completeness of deliverables
- Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for electrical modeling and design
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail & accurac
- Ability to prioritize tasks & manage multiple deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with consistent on‐time project delivery
- Proven success working with all levels of management & cross‐disciplinary teams
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast‐paced & occasionally high‐pressure environment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering field is required
- 0–7 years of electrical engineering design experience
- E.I.T. certification preferred but not required
- PE certification or active pursuit of licensure is a plus
- Experience in mission‐critical, industrial, commercial, or similar environments preferred
