Entry-Level Assembly Technician
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overview
Triple B Concepts is looking for motivated individuals to join our production team as Entry-Level Assembly Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on assembly of high-quality cable harnesses used in various industries.
No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training for candidates who have a strong work ethic, a steady hand, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
%CF; Wire Prep: Use automated machines to cut, strip and measure wires
%CF; Assembly: Build cable harnesses and wire assemblies according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
%CF; Routing: Lay out wires on assembly boards (harness boards) following specific color-coded paths.
%CF; Termination: Use Automated machines & basic hand tools to strip wires, crimp terminal, and apply connectors.
%CF; Quality Control: Visually inspect components and finished products for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
%CF; Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
%CF; No Experience Necessary: We will teach you everything you need to know.
%CF; Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with small parts and hand tools comfortably.
%CF; Color Vision: Ability to distinguish between different wire colors is essential for accuracy.
%CF; Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift.
%CF; Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a production environment.
Physical Requirements
%CF; Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during the shift.
%CF; Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands and wrists.
%CF; Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
