Licensed Veterinary Technician

Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Veterinary Technician, for small animal hospital located in the Grassfield area of Chesapeake, VA. Salary and benefits to be discussed based on experience level. Looking for an out-going, up-beat, teachable, team player, flexible, must be able to work with multiple doctors. Duties would include assisting doctors in surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, radiology, labs, seeing patients up front, working with assistants and kennel staff, and helping in the kennel (only on occasion if needed). Requirement: Must be able to work weekdays until 7pm and alternating weekends (Saturday to 12pm, and (Sunday for kennel shifts only if needed). References are required, must have a current LVT license, background checks required for all employees.
