Rarewaves-USA is a fast-growing global e-commerce company specializing in entertainment and consumer products, with a catalog of more than 1.5 million items across categories including music, movies, books, games, electronics, toys, gifts, and more.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support our Supply Chain Manager with inventory management, vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and day-to-day supply chain operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is confident following through with suppliers, internal teams, and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and submit vendor purchase orders accurately and on time
- Track open purchase orders from placement through completion
- Communicate regularly with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery timelines, and any delays
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable to verify vendor invoices against purchase orders
- Support inventory management processes to ensure product availability and operational needs are met
- Follow established supply chain procedures, protocols, and best practices
- Identify and communicate potential issues before they impact timelines
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of supply chain, purchasing, order entry, or inventory support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Accountability, reliability, and an ownership mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
