Residential Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Residential Plumber to support our plumbing operations for both commercial and residential properties. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring safety and code compliance. The plumber will work under the guidance of the Plumbing Supervisor and occasionally travel to various job sites. The ideal candidate is proficient with standard plumbing tools and equipment and committed to delivering quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes and plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties
• Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing issues promptly
• Maintain plumbing systems through regular inspections and servicing
• Replace fixtures and water heaters as needed
• Conduct diagnostic testing to ensure system integrity
• Follow safety procedures and comply with plumbing codes and regulations
• Consult with customers to assess plumbing needs and provide solutions
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan installations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing
• Vocational training in plumbing
• Proficient in pipe fitting and blueprint reading
• Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage, and venting
• Experience with gas line installation
• Strong tool proficiency for plumbing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
