Building Maintenance and Cleaning Associate

Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures and markets advanced hemostat and wound healing technologies for use in the medical device industry. We are currently seeking an ambitious and self-driven Building Maintenance and Cleaning Associate that will help make sure our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and attractive manner.

Position Requirements:

· Perform daily housekeeping functions and tasks

· Ensure cleaning schedules are followed

· Empty/sanitize trash containers

· Vacuum the facility

· Clean and maintain tile floors

· Maintain inventory on supplies and order as needed

· Clean restrooms and lunchrooms

· Use of hand tools and small power tools

· Painting

· Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds

· Perform light maintenance, bulbs and filter changes

· Exterior maintenance and window cleaning

· Completing other projects and duties as assigned
