You'll work under more experienced installers to help with various tasks during heating and air conditioning system installations. You'll follow directions from your lead, gather the needed tools/materials, and make sure to follow all safety codes and manufacturer specs. As you become more comfortable with the installation process, you'll work towards becoming a more independent installer.
