Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Job Description
Spotlight Insurance Agency, LLC is a growing independent agency built on lasting client relationships, customer education, and doing what is right for every customer. With a close-knit team of five, the agency focuses on quality over quantity by helping clients find the right coverage instead of pushing unnecessary products. People enjoy working here because the pace is steady, the camaraderie is genuine, and doing the right thing always comes first.
As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will manage commercial client accounts, review renewals, and help businesses maintain the right insurance coverage as their needs change. You'll work closely with clients, carrier underwriters, and the agency team while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities and continue building your insurance career.
