We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team, working the 7P TO 7A shift. As a CNA at Colonial Manor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, providing high-quality direct care, monitoring resident conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
• Monitor and report resident conditions, vital signs, and concerns to the nursing team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
• Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
