MAINTENANCE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a maintenance role. This position is responsible for helping keep facilities, equipment, and work areas operating safely, efficiently, and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, responds promptly to service needs, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep as assigned.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas before, during, and after completing tasks.
• Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and installation as needed.
• Identify potential safety hazards and report concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and outstanding issues.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members when necessary.
• Support additional facilities or maintenance projects as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of common hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve routine maintenance issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instructions carefully.
