Shift Options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available (Flexible Options)
Pay: Starting at $18.75 / hour + Shift Differential Premiums

What You’ll Do:
- Set up, load, operate, and unload high-speed manufacturing machinery and trimming equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments and precision hand tools to maintain strict quality standards.
- Interpret work orders, technical setup sheets, and production line instructions.
- Log output and track production metrics using simple digital inventory and data systems.
- Keep equipment operational and maintain a tidy, hazard-free production workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in machine operation, assembly, packaging, warehouse material handling, or forklift operations preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with simple equipment troubleshooting.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly across an 8-hour shift.
- Basic computer entry skills and strong daily attendance/reliability.
